Rencana Pengembangan Bisnis Di Toko Cat Warna Indah Menggunakan Analisis Bisnis Model Canvas
"Toko Warna Indah is a business engaged in the sale of paint and related
supplies, established in 2021. The business is currently facing challenges in
expanding its market reach and increasing competitiveness in today’s digital era.
This study aims to develop the business at Toko Warna Indah by using the Business
Model Canvas method as a strategic planning tool, with a focus on customer
segmentation and Value Proposition to increase sales. The research method used
is action research with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted in two
stages: problem validation and solution validation, involving 21 respondents
through interviews to identify the problems experienced by customers and evaluate
proposed solutions. Based on the results of these tests, the identified market
segments include homeowners, contractors, construction workers, and online
consumers from outside the local area. The Value Propositions offered by Toko
Warna Indah include the availability of a color mixing machine that can produce
millions of shades, competitive pricing, delivery services, refillable tinting for color
adjustments, a wide variety of available products, bundled packages of paint and
accessories, as well as the creation of educational content through TikTok.
