: PERFUME BUSINESS PLAN “PERFUME” CANVAS
MODEL BUSINESS METHOD
: This study aims to design a comprehensive business plan
for “Dazelia Parfum”, focusing on the identification of
Customer Segments and Value Proposition through the
application of the Business Model Canvas framework. The
primary objective is to determine the most potential target
market and define the core values the product can offer. The
outcomes are expected to serve as a foundation for
formulating relevant, competitive, and sustainable business
strategies, particularly in the local perfume market of Bogor.
: The research adopts a qualitative approach with an action
research design. Primary data were collected through in
depth interviews and direct observation, while secondary
data were obtained from documentation and relevant
literature on the perfume industry. The analysis was
conducted through planning, action, observation, and
reflection
stages,
allowing
for
iterative
strategy
improvements. Respondents were purposively selected,
targeting middle-income consumers with an interest in
fragrance products.
Results/Findings
Keywords
: The findings indicate that Dazelia Parfum has significant
market potential in Bogor, which is predominantly populated
by Muslin women aged 17–35 in their productive years who
are seeking halal, non-alcholic products. The key value
propositions include long-lasting fragrance, competitive
pricing, modern and practical packaging design, and a
variety of scents tailored to consumer characteristics.
Supported by maklon production arrangements and digital
marketing strategies, the brand has the capacity to expand
its market reach, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster"
