Rencana Bisnis Makanan Cepat Saji "Makanin" Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
"This study aims to design and analyze the business model of “Makanin,” a fast
food venture offering fresh sea fish-based meals that are healthy, halal-thayyib,
practical, and affordable, using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach.
The research focuses on determining the appropriate customer segments and
value propositions to meet the needs of urban consumers, particularly students,
office workers, and young housewives. The research method employed is action
research with a qualitative approach through interviews and observations of 30
respondents representing the target market segments. The findings reveal that
Makanin’s main value consists of: (1) affordable pricing within the range of IDR
10,000–20,000, (2) the Makanin Box complete with eating utensils, (3) the use of
healthy and natural ingredients, and (4) outlets located in various strategic
areas. SWOT analysis identified strengths in competitive pricing and high
quality local ingredients, opportunities in innovative menu development and
digital marketing, as well as challenges from intense competition and raw
material price fluctuations. The business model is expected to serve as an
accessible healthy food solution while supporting the local economy through
partnerships with fishermen and farmers.
