Rencana Bisnis "Laundry Aja" Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC)
"Laundry Aja is a laundry service business developed using the Business
Model Canvas (BMC) approach with an emphasis on the customer segmentation
and value proposition elements. The research methodology employed an action
research method through direct observation and in-depth interviews with 30
participants consisting of students, housewives, and workers in the Lebak Bulus
area, South Jakarta. The findings reveal that most participants prioritize service
speed, ease of access, and high-quality laundry results that are clean and fragrant.
The SWOT analysis indicates that the main strengths of this business lie in its
strategic location, express service, use of eco-friendly detergents, and free pick-up
and delivery within a 3–5 km radius. The challenges faced include intense
competition among laundry service providers and the need to adapt to
technological advancements in service delivery. Solution testing demonstrated that
implementing 3–6 hour express laundry services, offering fragrance selection, and
conducting social media-based promotions effectively increased customer interest
and loyalty. Therefore, service innovation, laundry quality, and the utilization of
digital technology are key components in strengthening Laundry Aja’s position as
a competitive and sustainable modern laundry service provider"
