Objectives Methods : Solaika Tri Handoko : 2310101101 : Sharia Business Management : Business Plan For The Health Beverage “Bloomora” With A Business Model Canvas :This study aims to develop a business plan for a health beverage based on local herbal ingredients using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, with a particular focus on the value proposition and customer segment components. The proposed product, Bloomora, is a modern functional drink that combines the health benefits of herbs such as roselle, turmeric, and ginger, with flavors tailored to suit the preferences of younger generations. : This research employs a descriptive qualitative method through field studies. Data collection techniques include direct observation, semi-structured interviews, questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents, and literature review. Results Keywords :The findings indicate a high level of interest in health beverages among the public, especially Millennials and Gen Z, particularly when the product is attractively and modernly packaged. The key values sought by consumers are good taste, health benefits, and appealing design. Based on the Business Model Canvas analysis, Bloomora shows strong market potential through a digital sales strategy and a visual approach aligned with the current healthy lifestyle trends. Although the business plan has not yet reached the production stage, this study provides an initial overview of the product development strategy, while emphasizing the importance of understanding the offered value and target customer segments in planning a herbal-based health beverage business. : health drink, local herbs, healthy lifestyle, Business Model
