Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Milenial Dalam Membayar Zakat Melalui Platform Crowdfunding Digital (Studi Kasus di Wilayah Jabodetabek)
Goal: This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, usefulness, trust, and risk on the interest and actual behavior of millennial Muslims in paying zakat digitally through crowdfunding platforms in the Greater Jakarta area, with education as a moderating variable. Method: The data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to millennial Muslim respondents in the Greater Jakarta Area who were familiar with and had used digital zakat platforms. The questionnaire employed a 6-point Likert scale. This study adopted a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. A total of 181 valid responses were obtained. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4 software. Fact/Finding: The results of this study indicate that ease of use, usefulness, and trust have a significant influence on the intention to pay zakat through digital crowdfunding platforms. However, perceived risk does not have a significant effect on intention. Furthermore, the intention to pay zakat digitally significantly influences actual behavior. Meanwhile, education as a moderating variable does not show a significant effect in strengthening or weakening the relationship between the independent variables and intention.
