"Objectives: To analyze the effect of labor, asset value, and investment level on
Regional Own-Source Revenue (PAD) in 38 provinces in Indonesia.
Methods:. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data
from all provinces in Indonesia for the period 2014–2024, in which the
implementation of regional autonomy is regulated under Law No. 23 of 2014. The
analytical technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis using E-Views
software.
Results/findings: T The results of the study, using E-Views, indicate that the labor
variable has no significant effect on regional own-source revenue, while the asset
value and investment level variables have a significant effect on regional ownsource revenue."
