Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) Dan Dampak Resiko Pada Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Dan Keamanan Data
"Objectives : This design aims to create an accounting information
system based on Artificial Intelligence and a website to
improve efficiency, accuracy, and security in the recording
and financial reporting process. In designing this system, the
researchers attempted to demonstrate how AI integration can
identify risks, detect transaction errors, and strengthen the
quality of the resulting financial reports.
Methods : This design study employed a qualitative research method
with a prototype design approach. The system was designed
using TypeScript, Firebase Firestore, and Gen Ai (Gemini
OCR) via Firebase..
Results/findings : The design results indicate that implementing AI in the
accounting information system can increase work process
efficiency by more than half, reduce input errors, and
accelerate the preparation of automated financial reports.
The system was also proven to be able to extract data through
OCR with a high level of accuracy using Gemini OCR.
However, several technical errors were found, such as
incomplete results due to limited document reading and the
potential for data leaks if the security system is not
strengthened. The implications of these results confirm that
the use of AI in accounting information system design has
significant potential to improve the quality of financial
reports, human input errors, and internal controls, as long
as data security mitigation is implemented continuously."
