Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Subsektor Food And Beverage Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (2020-2023)
"Objectives : This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the
capital structure of Food and beverage subsector companies
listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2020-
2023
Methods : This research uses a quantitative approach. The data
collection technique in this study used purposive sampling
which was tested from 63 companies to 33 Food and
beverage subsector companies listed on the IDX for the
2020-2023 period. The analysis technique used in this
research is panel data regression analysis and uses Eviews
12 software.
Results/findings : The results of this study indicate that the asset structure
variable has a significant negative effect on the capital
structure, the liquidity variable has a positive effect on the
capital structure, and the company size variable, board size,
and institutional ownership are considered to have no effect
on the capital structure of the company"
