Analisis Pengaruh Sikap, Norma Subjektif dan Kontrol Perilaku Yang di Rasakan Dalam Niat Penggunaan P2P Syariah
" Objective: analyze the influence of attitude, subjective norms, and perceived
behavioral control on the intention to use Islamic P2P lending in Jabodetabek
Method: Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS)
Results/Findings: The research findings indicate that attitude and subjective
norms have a significant influence on the intention to use Islamic P2P lending,
while perceived behavioral control does not have a significant effect. This
research model explains 61.7% of the variability in usage intention, while the
remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
These findings have implications for Islamic P2P lending service providers in
increasing user interest by strengthening attitude and social norm factors, such
as through Islamic financial literacy programs and community-based marketing
strategies. Additionally, the results suggest that ease of access and confidence in
using the service alone are not sufficient to drive usage intention, highlighting
the importance of enhancing trust in regulations and system security. This study
contributes to the literature on the adoption of Islamic financial services in the
Greater Jakarta area, particularly in understanding the role of attitude and social
norms in shaping user behavior. "
