Pengaruh Transparansi Lembaga dan Penerapan Teknologi Terhadap Minat Muzaki Dalam Membayar Zakat
"This study aims to analyze the influence of institutional transparency and
technology implementation on the interest of muzaki (zakat payers) in paying zakat
through digital platforms, with age as a moderating variable. The research
background is based on the low realization of national zakat collection compared
to its potential, as well as the increasing use of digital technology in zakat services.
This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 111
respondents in the Jabodetabek (Greater Jakarta) area who have paid zakat
through official digital-based zakat institutions. Data were analyzed using multiple
linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of
SPSS. The results of the study show that technology implementation has a positive
and significant effect on muzaki's interest, while institutional transparency partially
has no significant effect. However, simultaneously institutional transparency and
technology implementation have a significant influence on muzaki's interest.
Meanwhile, the age variable was found to have no direct effect on muzaki's interest
and does not moderate the relationship between either transparency or technology
implementation on that interest. These findings indicate that efforts to increase
muzaki's interest in paying zakat via digital platforms can be focused on optimizing
technology as the primary driver, supported by institutional transparency to build
trust, a strategy that is effective regardless of age differences."
