Analisis Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pada UMKM (Studi Kasus PT XYZ)

"Objective: This study aims to analyze the use of the Accurate-based accounting
information system at PT XYZ, an MSME engaged in healthy food and beverage
production, and to evaluate its impact on the company’s operational efficiency.
Method: This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collected
through interviews, observations, and documentation. User satisfaction analysis is
conducted based on the DeLone and McLean information system success model.
Results/Findings: The implementation of the Accurate-based accounting information
system at PT XYZ has successfully improved operational efficiency and information
quality through easier recording, reduced errors, and faster, automated financial
reporting in accordance with the DeLone & McLean model. However, system
optimization remains hindered by operational challenges such as data inconsistency and
limited user understanding, as well as technical constraints related to inadequate
infrastructure and decentralized data management."
