Determinan Frekuensi Transaksi Mobile Banking Dengan Mediasi Kepercayaan Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di Wilayah Bogor
"Goal: To analyze the influence of service quality, transaction security, and ease of access on the frequency of mobile banking transactions, with customer trust as a mediating variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Bogor region. Method: This research applies a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS)
Fact/Finding : The results of this study indicate that service quality does not have a significant effect on customer trust. In contrast, transaction security and ease of access significantly influence customer trust, with ease of access having the strongest effect. Furthermore, customer trust has a significant influence on the frequency of mobile banking transactions. Therefore, the better the transaction security and ease of access of BSI mobile banking, the higher the level of customer trust, which in turn increases the transaction frequency.
