Rencana Bisnis Kelas Bahasa Arab Online Ta’liim.Id Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
Objective: Arabic is the language of the holy book, namely the Quran, which is a guide for the religion of Muslims. Therefore, Arabic is certainly the most influential language for billions of Muslims worldwide. By realizing the importance of language as a communication tool, the wide reach of Arabic in the world, and the number of people interested in mastering Arabic such as students and workers, Ta'liim.id is present as a practical solution for learning Arabic with flexible learning times. Method: The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. This research was conducted through two stages of testing, namely problem testing and solution testing, by conducting interviews with 25 informants. Research Results: Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out regarding the Arabic Language Class Ta'liim.id, the results obtained are in the form of the formation of a new business model on customer segments and value propositions. The customer segment in the Ta'lim.id business model has 4 divisions, namely by economic level, age, profession, and behavior. Value propositions include flexible learning times, learning methods and classes with a private system and additional guidance sessions, competent teachers according to the gender of the participants, and providing e-certificates after participant graduation.
