Rencana Bisnis Lembaga PAUD Yang Memfasilitasi Anak Dengan Berkebutuhan Khusus “TAMAN BINA MANDIRI” Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
Objective: Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays a crucial role in shaping children's character, cognitive and social abilities, including those of children with special needs (ABK). Unfortunately, access to ABK-friendly inclusive education is still limited, especially in the Cibinong area of Bogor Regency. This study aims to develop a business plan for the PAUD institution “Taman Bina Mandiri,” which specifically caters to children with special needs, using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. Method: The research method employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations of 20 partisipants, including parents of children aged 2–6 years and parents of children with special needs aged 2–6 years. Results/Findings: The results of this study indicate an urgent need for an inclusive educational institution offering flexible learning hours, a national standard curriculum and therapy-based curriculum, certified teachers, specialized private classes in the Bogor Raya area, a friendly and safe environment, professional consultation services, and affordable yet high-quality pricing. Nine BMC elements were outlined to design the institution’s sustainability strategy, including customer segments, value propositions, distribution channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, human resources, business activities, key partners, and cost structure. This study concludes that Taman Bina Mandiri is feasible as an education-based social enterprise, with significant market potential and social impact.
