Analisis Pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness terhadap Intention to Use Mobile Banking dengan Trust sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Pengguna Aplikasi Byond by BSI
"Objective: This study aims to determine the level of influence of interest in using
the Byond by BSI application by using the variables Perceived Ease of Use,
Perceived Usefulness, and Trust as intervening variables. This study is motivated
by the high use of technology in the Islamic banking sector and the transition from
the BSI Mobile application to Byond by BSI which requires an understanding of the
adoption factors. This study is specifically for Bank Syariah Indonesia customers
who have used the Byond by BSI application in the Bogor area.
Method: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the Partial Least
Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. Sampling
using Purposive Sampling by distributing questionnaires online and closed through
the Google From platform in the Bogor area.
Results/Findings: This study provides results that (1) the Perceived Ease of Use
variable has a significant positive effect on Intention to Use. (2) Perceived Ease of
Use has a significant positive effect on Trust. (3) Perceived Usefulness has a
significant positive effect on Intention to Use. (4) Perceived Usefulness has a
significant positive effect on Trust. (5) Trust has a positive and significant effect on
Intention to Use. "
