Rencana Bisnis Fotografi “Pm Potret” Dengan Menggunakan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
"Goal: This study aims to design a new business plan called PM Potret using
Business Model Canvas analysis for professional photography businesses in Batam
City.
Method: A qualitative approach was used, with data collection techniques
involving observation and interviews with 15 informants. The data was analyzed to
determine customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer
relationships, revenue streams, resources, activities, partners, and cost structures.
Fact/Finding: The primary target customers are newlyweds, families, students, and
expectant mothers or newborns in Batam City. The value proposition includes
professional photography services (1), high-quality photos with unique and
creative concepts in the photography business (2), an aesthetically pleasing photo
studio, and photo backup storage for four months. Marketing channels utilize
digital platforms and online booking services, with a focus on building customer
relationships through social media. Analysis using the Business Model Canvas
framework (3) indicates that this business model is viable and has the potential to
generate net profit in the first year in Batam City (4). The PM Potret photography
business (5) has strong market potential if managed effectively. "
