Pengaruh Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan Dan Sikap Penggunaan Teknologi Terhadap Minat Menggunakan Bank Digital Jago Syariah
Goal: This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Attitudes towards Technology Use on Interest in Using Jago Syariah Digital Bank among Millennials and Generation Z in Bogor City. Methods: The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The objects of this study are millennials and generation Z in Bogor City. Fct/findings: The results of this study indicate that the variable Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant influence on interest in using Jago Syariah digital banking. Similarly, Perceived Convenience also proved to have a positive and significant influence on interest in using Jago Syariah. Furthermore, Attitudes toward Technology Use were found to have a positive and significant influence on interest in using Jago Syariah digital banking. These findings indicate that to increase interest among millennials and Generation Z in adopting Jago Syariah Digital Bank, service providers need to focus on developing features that not only provide benefits in accordance with Sharia principles but are also easy to operate. Furthermore, efforts to foster positive attitudes toward technology use in general are also crucial in encouraging the adoption of digital Sharia financial services.
