theories, laws, principles, or ideas that are used to analyse
and answer the formulated research questions. The nature of
this research is descriptive analysis, which involves a
systematic breakdown of the data obtained, followed by
interpretation and explanation to guarantee a comprehensive
understanding for the reader.
