Rencana Bisnis Cuci Motor 'Kinclong Motowash' dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas (BMC)
Objecive : This study is titled Business Plan for "Kinclong
Motowash" with Business Model Canvas Analysis. The
study employs the business model canvas approach with the
aim of formulating an appropriate value proposition for the
"Kinclong Motowash" motorcycle wash business,
identifying the correct customer segments for the business,
and designing a business model canvas that focuses on
customer segments and value propositions.
Method :The study uses the Action Research method. The purpose
of using this method is to explore the market potential of
the "Kinclong Motowash" motorcycle wash business,
specifically in terms of customer segments and value
propositions, using the business model canvas approach.
Through Action Research, data was collected using
interviews and direct observations.
Research Results : The results of the study were obtained through interviews
and observations. The customer segments for "Kinclong
Motowash" primarily include motorcycle owners,
motorcycle communities, and online motorcycle taxi
drivers. The value proposition identified after the solution
testing includes ease of the washing process, quick and
clean service, and the use of a touchless washing soap,
which differentiates the service from competitors.
