Dempak E-SERVICE Quality Perbankan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Pada Layanan Mobile Banking BSI Wilayah Jabodetabek

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh EService Quality terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada pengguna
mobile banking BSI.
Metode : Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling
Teknik Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) menggunakan
aplikasi SmartPLS.
Hasil : Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Efficiency
berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah
pada layanan mobile banking BSI. (2) Fulfilment
berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah
pada layanan mobile banking BSI. (3) System Availability
berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah
pada layanan mobile banking BSI. (4) Privacy berpengaruh
positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada layanan
mobile banking BSI. (5) Responsiveness berpengaruh positif
signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada layanan mobile
banking BSI. (6) Compensation berpengaruh positif
signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada layanan mobile
banking BSI. (7) Contact berpengaruh positif signifikan
terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada layanan mobile banking
BSI
