Rencana Bisnis "Marhaba Turkiye Kebab" Menggunakan Analisis Model Bisnis Kanvas
Marhaba Turkiye kebab serves halal and healthy food, using real meat
ingredients and has a distinctive Turkish taste. The purpose of this study is to
determine the maturity and feasibility of the Canvas business model created by the
author which will later be used as a basis for running the Marhaba Turkiye Kebab
business. The research method used is to use a business feasibility study in which
there are 9 points to analyze business feasibility by means of action research, the
research location that the author chose was the Pondok Ungu Permai housing
complex, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency with 30 respondents. The results of the
canvas business model created to test the feasibility of the Marhaba Turkiye kebab
business plan have a value proposition, namely using halal, fresh ingredients, using
real meat and having a distinctive Turkish taste, and having a customer segment of
housing residents, young people aged 15-30 years, people who pay attention to the
halal and health of food products. The results of this analysis indicate that this
business is feasible to run.
