Analisa Potensi Penerimaan Migas Dalam APBN Dengan Pendekatan Ekonomi Islam Kontemporer
Goal: This research aims to analyze the possibility of increasing resource revenues
from the oil and gas sector based on an Islamic economic approach, the obstacles
that Indonesia will face if oil and gas revenue sources are increased based on
Islamic economic thinking, as well as recommending efforts that the government
can use to increase sources of state revenue from oil and gas sector based on
Islamic economic principles.
Methode: This research employs a combined method comprising both quantitative
and qualitative approaches. The quantitative method is used to estimate the
magnitude of the deficit in the Indonesian oil and gas sector for the next 2-3 years
using the decomposition method. The qualitative method utilized is in-depth
interviews with informants relevant to the research objectives.
Fact/Finding: In this research, it has been explained that the decline in the
contribution of the oil and gas sector to state income is the main problem. The
contribution of oil and gas to the APBN experienced a significant decline from the
2010-2014 to 2015-2019 period, due to a continuous decline in oil and gas lifting.
The main cause is crude oil production, which continues to decline, currently
reaching only 660,000 barrels per day. Research highlights that the solution to
overcome low oil and gas production is to find new wells, but the exploration
process requires large costs and high technology. Researchers assess that the oil
and gas management contract scheme significantly contributes to the APBN.
Therefore, researchers offer three contract schemes that are following the Islamic
economic thought approach.
