Tujuan Metode Hasil/Temuan Kata Kunci : Saniah : S. 20101.01014 : Manajemen Bisnis Syariah : PENGARUH BRAND IMAGE, BRAND TRUST DAN ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA PRODUK BUTTONSCARVES : Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh citra merek, kepercayaan merek, dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Buttonscarves (Studi Kasus pada Masyarakat Jabodetabek). : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan studi kasus pada masyarakat di Jabodetabek. teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form. data diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS dengan menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. : Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan yaitu: (1) Electronics Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Image pada produk Buttonscarves. (2) Electronics Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Trust pada produk Buttonscarves. (3) Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian produk Buttonscarvese. (4) Brand Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian produk Buttonscarves. (5) Electronics Word Of Mouth positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Buttonscarves.
