Indonesia is a country with a tropical climate, so it's no wonder this country gets a large amount of sunlight throughout the year. Because Indonesia has a tropical climate, high temperature, and high humidity, it makes Indonesian people prone to hair damage. This is supported by the results of a quantitative study in 9 countries by L'oreal Research & Innovation in 2016 which stated that 88% of women experience hair damage. The method used in this study is the action research method with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted in two stages, namely problem testing and solution testing by conducting interviews and also offering solutions to 30 respondents. The findings from this study are designing hair care products that help Indonesian people protect and care for hair from damage. Making products that have 2 benefits at once in one use, namely giving vitamins and fragrance to hair. In this case the My Hairo product has several advantages including the product content in the form of keratin and vitamins, contains bacterial activity, has a fragrance like perfume, is easy to use and travel friendly.
