Objective : This research is entitled "Thibbun Center" Business Plan with Business Analysis Model Canvas. This study uses the business model canvas analysis with the aim of obtaining and understanding accurate and precise results regarding business elements, including customer segments, value propositions and maps regarding the business that will be carried out in the future. Methods : In this study the Action Research method will be used. The Action Research method is used to find out the potential market for the business to be carried out later, especially regarding the Customer Segment and Value proposition using the canvas model business approach. Through the Action Research method carried out, the data collection that will be used in this study will use interview and observation methods. Research Results : The results of this study were obtained from interviews and observations that have been carried out. For the Thibbun Center Customer Segment, namely students, employees, retirees. As for the Value Proposition from the Thibbun Center, there were several changes after the solution test was carried out, namely the treatment coverage of 3 sub-districts, providing comfortable facilities, providing certificates for training programs and giving bonus members to patients.
