Analisis Kendala-Kendala Pengembangan KBMT Di Bogor Dengan Metode : ANP (Analytic Network Process)

The aim of this research is to analyzed barrier happened in KBMT depelopment in Bogor using ANP method trough 3 main steps. First, decompose the problem to formulate ANP network. Second, conduct pairwise comparison. Third, synthesize the whole network to solve the problem.
This research show that main barrier of KBMT development can devided into two aspecs, namely internal and eksternal. Internal aspects includes quality problems on human resources, capitaling, passive members, technology/information, product innovation, and organization’s vision. Exsternal aspec includes competition, people’s perception, regulation, no LPS, trust rate, and business link. The results indicate that internal aspec become the main barrier than external barrier. With internal priority (5.01) and eksternal (3.99). The main barrier in internal is human resource and capitaling, while the eksternal barrier is trust rate and regulation. the solution is give the training, increase socialization, increase networking, and make LPS for KBMT.
