Pengaruh risk cost, biaya overhead, bagi hasil DPK, dan volume pembiayaan terhadap mergin pembiayaan murabahah (studi kasus BPRS Al-Salaam & BPRS Amanah Ummah)

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the determination of murabaha financing margin. The data used in this study are monthly financial reports of BPRS Al-Salaam and BPRS Amanah Ummah during the period 2010-2011. The independent variable in this study arerisk cost, overhead cost, sharing portion of customer fund,and volume of murabaha. The dependent variable in this study is margin of murabaha. This study uses panel data regression with PLS (Pooled Least Square) method. The results of this study found that there is significant positive correlation between the volume of murabahah with margin of murabaha. While the variable risk cost and sharing portion of customer fund also have significant influence even a negative relationship with the margin of murabaha. The variable overhead cost are not significant to the margin of murabaha.
