Abstract
This research aims to determine what factors influence the prediction of islamic bond (sukuk) rating. The sample in this research is non financial corporate sukuk issued and listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange of the years 2002-2010 with the total of sampel are fifty companies. The data in this research are panel data examined using Stata 10 application because of unbalance panel data. The finding of this research shows that firm size, growth, leverage, and solvability have significant influences on sukuk rating. While the revenue structure, cost structure and cash flow protection are insignificant to predict the sukuk rating. The factors influencing of prediction Islamic bond can be used as useful information when the companies want to issue the Islamic bond, and for the investors the result can be used in making decision
