Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Kasus : Rumah Makan Mamih di Sukabumi)
This research aims to look at the impact of variable quality products and services to the purchasing decision at Mamih Restaurant in Sukabumi. This study has elected consumer had eaten at Mamih Restaurant, sample for this research was by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis for the data used in this study is testing validity and reliability testing, testing the assumptions of classical and regression analysis. The tools used to analyze the data was SPSS 21.0.
Based on the results of statistical hypothesis tests performed in this study, is known for simultaneous testing of product quality and service quality are jointly able to explain the purchase decision, while partial product quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, as well as service quality has a positive influence and significant impact on purchasing decisions
