Pengaruh Service Quality Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Studi Kasus: Warung Ice Cream Goreng Nu Teteh Bogor)
This research discusses the impact of service quality on customer loyalty in Warung Ice Cream Goreng Nu Teteh Bogor. With 100 respondents. Used service quality variable are tangible, reliability, repsonsiveness, assurance and empathy and the consumer loyalty variables are Referalls, Retention, and Repurchase. The method used in this study is multiple regressioin analysis using SPSS version 20.0 software to see how the huge influence of inter-related variables, namely the service quality variable to consumer loyalty variable.
The result of these research are show how service quality variables (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy) significantly influenced consumer loyalty. Whereas for Assurance variable showing non-significantly value to consumer loyalty.
