Pengaruh Implementasi Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Non Performing Financing Perbankan (Studi Pada Bank Mualamat Indonesia dan Bank Syariah Mandiri)

This study discusses the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance to NPF’s quality. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the questionnaire and secondary data contained in the annual report of Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Syariah Mandiri during the period 2009-2011. The independent variables in this study are Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence and Fairness. The dependent variables in this study is the NPF. This study uses panel data regression with Fix Effect method. The results of this study found that there is significant positive correlation between Transparency and Independence of the NPF. While Accountability variables also have a significant influence but a negative correlation with the NPF. The Accountability and fairness of the outcome variable is not significant to the NPF.
