ABSTRACT
The aims of this study is to look at the impact of the quality of service and product attributes on customer satisfaction measured by Likert scale using multiple regression method.
The results of the study examined the characteristics of customers in terms of gender, age, residence, occupation, income and last visit. The simultaneous quality of service and product attributes affect customer satisfaction. The variable quality of service is the most dominant influence on the satisfaction is packaging
