IDENTIFIKASI BALANCED SCORECARD UNTUK BAITUL MAAL WAT TAMWIL (BMT) IBAADURRAHMAN CIAWI DENGAN PENDEKATAN ANALYTICAL NETWORK PROCESS (ANP)
This thesis discusses the identification of the balanced scorecard for the BMT Ibaadurrahman which aims at finding what strategies should be done so that the performance of BMT Ibaadurrahman will be better. In the Balanced Scorecard ( BSC ) there are four perspectives: financial, customer, business process internal , and learning and growth. These perspectives should be weighted by the Analytical Network Process (ANP ) and the Super Decisions software to process questionnaires in seven weights in order to know each perspective. The result show that a financial perspective is the highest among the customer perspective, internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective is equals to (0.047468). Perspective has three variables, and which variable is weight by ANP method. There are three variables that should be prioritized by BMT Ibaadurrahman first operational cost efficiencies wich containes in the financial perspective (0.063167), second satisfaction employees who are in the learning and growth perspective (0.061476), and the third is in the customer acquisition amounted to (0.06008) customer perspective shows BMT Ibaadurrahman should pay more attention to these three variables because it has the highest priority among other variables
